She brings a wealth of experience in digital and business transformation. She is currently working at the intersection of human capital and technology and is on the Board of Directors of Oxford instruments, a FTSE 250 company. Ramachandran coaches and mentors several young women in universities that have encouraged them to opt for STEM careers and minority ethnic groups to help them advance in their careers.
